I've been shooting professionally for over 15 years and photographically trained at The School of Photography at Orange Coast College, California. My studio is located in Chelsea, NYC where I have been for the past 12 years...
i recently combed through 40,000+ images in updating this website. It was a good feeling to be reminded how many people I've had the privilege to meet and capture their true essence. The feedback I've had over the years has been wonderful: "that picture you took of me helped me find a job AND a date", "everyone says how relaxed I look", "I still use those photos years later". Hearing this makes my job as a photographer a rewarding experience and helps encourage me to keep on clicking! My goal is to capture the "real you" (on a good day). This is perhaps why my new section <NON-ACTOR HEADSHOTS> is a very successful area of shooting for me lately. I find myself getting hired by the 'everyday person' who's looking for a headshot but doesn't necessarily fall into the category of <ACTOR> or <EXECUTIVE>. Maybe you need a combination of shots work/online social networking/dating? Headshots are not just for actors anymore.
I keep my rates reasonable and the quality of work at it's best. After all, "I'm only as good as my last photo". With this theory over the years, I have enjoyed repeat clients and the benefits of word of mouth referrals .
